Full Day Camp

Our full day camp offers a comprehensive experience from 9 AM to 4 PM, including morning practice, midday activities, and afternoon skill sessions.

Half Day Camp

Perfect for those with a busy schedule, our half day camp runs from 9 AM to 1 PM, focusing on core gymnastics skills and morning practice.

Extended Day Option

Need more flexibility? Our extended day option allows campers to stay until 6 PM, with additional activities and personalized coaching.

Customizable Schedules

We offer customizable schedules to accommodate your needs, ensuring every gymnast gets the most out of their summer.

2026 Summer Camp Daily Schedule

Morning Practice (3 hrs.)

Cardio, flexibility, acrobatics, ballet, and apparatus fundamentals

Midday Break

Bring your own lunch, followed by creativ activities (arts & crafts, educational videos, inflatable obstacle course, tumble track).

Afternoon Practice: (2-3 hrs.)

Advanceskill building in body mastery and apparatus handling
